Welcome to Charmed By Whimsy.  These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade polymer clay jewelry and other items. By accessing or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Products & Orders

  • Our jewelry is handmade, meaning slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. Product images are for reference only.

  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.

  • Custom orders may be available upon request. Additional processing time and fees may apply.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept the payment methods offered by Squarespace.  Currently listed below, subject to change.

  •  All payments must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees related to their order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer domestic shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by third-party carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

  • If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.

  • Custom and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Charmed By Whimsy. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or any adverse reactions to our jewelry. Customers should review product materials before purchasing.

  • We are not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear of our products.
